how cool is this? i'd seen this one day when i already had my picture of the day and i'd hoped to recapture it. the next couple of days proved too cloudy for it to cast a shadow. finally, with some luck, i got it on camera. this is right outside the welcome center in aztec.
the statue is a kokopelli. johnathan has some interesting theories and stories about this guy...
