i got this fairy when we were in york, england. we were browsing around in a few shops down shambles street when i saw this.

and as you all know, i love fairies and had to have it. we bought so much stuff on vacation that it was a pain to pack it all up and bring it back. our last night in london, we realized that we were gonna need another bag. i wanted to just get one of the big bags they sell to tourists at the souvenirs shop but johnathan vetoed that idea. instead, we wondered up and down all these streets near our hotel trying to find a duffel bag type thing. we ended up in this hardware shop and got ripped off on an electrician's bag. johnathan put all his clothes in the electrician's bag and we put our souvenirs in his duffel bag.

he said he'd use the bag when we got home but i have an inkling it's just sitting in the shed now.
